Geachte Oscar van Gastel,
Wij komen al jaren in Spanje en denken dat de tijd ideaal is om iets te kopen in Spanje. Waar zijn we op zoek naar? Huis (min. halfvrijstaand) of appartement (bovenste verdieping) met min. 2 slaapkamers, voorkeur op golfresort. Uitzicht moet vrij zijn (bv. richting golfbanen).
Is niet bedoeld voor verhuur. Veiligheid is belangrijk! Liefst dichter bij Denia dan Murcia.
Budget rond €115.000. Daarnaast zou ik graag geinformeerd worden over de extra kosten bij koop als zowel de onderhoudskosten, denk aan service kosten park/zwembad/golfbaan, onroerendgoedbelasting, milieu enz..
